Cancellation Policy
Reminder:
> You will get a email or text at the time of your reservation saying your reservation has been made.
> You will get a email or text 72 hours in advance to remind you of your reservation & to confirm as well. Once your reservation has been confirmed you can cancel it and not be charged a fee if you cancel 24 HOURS in advance.
> We cannot charge your card on file at the time of checkout being that we cannot view the card on file. Our stylists or estheticians will charge you at the time of checkout.
Fees:
Cancellation within 24 hours or No Show = 100% cost of service charge.
